The first topic about #KWIBUKA 24
On 8th April 2018, the first topic about 24th Commemoration of Genocide against Tutsi was presented by the state Attorney of the Northern Province Mrs Aline BATSINDA at IPRC Musanze. The topic was “Umwihariko wa JENOSIDE n’aho itandukanira n’ubundi bwicanyi”. She highlighted the difference between Genocide, Crimes against Humanity and War crimes.The students and staff were all present and attentive to hear from the Speaker.
