Eng. Emile ABAYISENGA has been the Principal of Rwanda Polytechnic-Musanze College since 2015. He brought with him a huge experience in Polytechnic management. Prior to his appointment as the Principal, Eng. Emile ABAYISENGA evolved at Rwanda Polytechnic Tumba since 2008 to 2015 as a Lecturer and Head of ICT Department, Academic Quality Manager, Dean of Academic Programs and Deputy Principal in charge of Academics and Trainings respectively. Prior to joining the Academia, Eng. Emile ABAYISENGA worked with the National Public Prosecution Authority from 2005 to 2008 as a Database Administrator and later as Director of ICT. He holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from Chongqing University in China and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from former Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) currently known as College of Science and Technology of the University of Rwanda (UR-CST).

Dr. Esdras Nshimyumuremyi is a lecturer with a considerable experience in Energy sector. He has a very strong academic background in Renewable Energy especially in Electrical Power Generation. He has more than 12 years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector; he served as a lecturer, consultant, researcher, and supervisor.

He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Kigali Institute of Sciences and Technology (KIST), Rwanda in December 2005. He holds a postgraduate certificate of Teaching in Higher Learning Institutions from the University of Rwanda, College of education. He received a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering (Power Generation) at Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Sweden in October 2014. He joined the North China Electric Power University (NCPU), Beijing, China in 2017-2021 for a Ph.D. in Renewable Energy and Clean Power.

From 2008, he worked in Renewable Energy department at Rwanda Polytechnic, College of Tumba, and also served as a visiting lecturer at the University of Rwanda (UR), College of Science and Technology (CST) in the department of Mechanical and Energy Engineering. He was also a Research and Innovation Coordinator at RP-Tumba College. He was appointed to RP-Musanze College as the Deputy Principal in charge of Academics and Training in May 2022.

Mr. Jean Marie Vianney KAYITSINGA has been appointed by the Cabinet of Rwanda on 13th May 2022 as the Corporate Services Division Manager. Prior to his appointment; he has been serving for the same position at Rwanda Polytechnic-Gishari College. He has more than five (5) years of working experience as the Director of Administration and Human Resource, and Ag. Corporate Services Division Manager for RP-Ngoma College. From 2008 to 2013; Mr KAYITSINGA was working as a Headmaster of College Imanzi in Nyaruguru. He holds Masters degree in arts in Public Administration and Management, with certificate in Public Finance Management Accounting.

Mr. IRANKUNDA Parfait is a Timetable and Examination Officer at RP-Musanze College.  On International Labour Day 2025; Mr. Parfait was elected by his peers as the Best Performer of the Year.
