SEAD Project Visited IPRC Musanze

SEAD Project Visiting IPRC Musanze. On 7^th March 2018, the team of experts in Career Guidance from SEAD Project (Strengthening Education for Agricultural Development) visited IPRC Musanze. They had a meeting with some staff representing others and it was chaired by the Dean of Academic Programs (NGENDO Clément ). They discussed about the existing practices of career guidance to know where effort should be put. The meeting attendants proposed that there should be: the preparation of career guidance document, action plan, career guidance policy and more trainings on career guidance and its implementation. Basing on the needs highlighted, the SEAD Project promised its intervention to address them so that the next academic year should start with active and effective career guidance. NGENDO Clément (Dean of Academic Programs) was the chairperson of the meeting. Sharing different experiences related to career Guidance. Visitors were attentive to hear from existing practices of Career Guidance at IPRC Musanze.
