On this Saturday, the 1st June 2024, RP Musanze College was awarded two trophies after winning the final games in both Football and Volleyball during the sports competitions organized by Rwanda Polytechnic.

The RP Sports Competitions aimed to bring together students from various RP Colleges across the country to compete in a series of sporting events. This initiative promoted physical fitness and healthy competitions and fostered camaraderie, teamwork, and sportsmanship among participants.

The Rwanda Polytechnic Inter-Colleges sports competitions featured a diverse range of sports namely: Football, volleyball and basketball. On the 21st April 2024; RP College of Musanze lost a final game at Huye College when it played a basketball match versus RP Kigali College. On the 26th May 2024, RP Musanze College hosted the RP sports competitions in men's volleyball and won the final after defeating RP College of Ngoma 3 sets – 1 set.

The 1st of June 2024, marked the Closing Ceremony of Rwanda Polytechnic Inter-Colleges Sports Competitions. RP Musanze played the final football match against IPRC Gishari at IPRC Kigali stadium where winning teams across all sports disciplines featured in these competitions were also awarded. The game ended with Musanze College winning Gishari College 2-1; which made Musanze College Football & Volleyball teams to be crowned Champions in RP Inter-Colleges Sports Competitions.
