On this 27^th January 2019, IPRC Musanze Volleyball team beat UR-Huye (3-2) sets in a friendly match that took place at Huye. This match was organised as part of the preparations of IPRC Musanze Volley team a new team in the coming second division Volleyball league.

In a thrilling and fast match, a young team of IPRC Musanze struck UR Huye, an experienced team. Both sides were determining, aiming high to win. Players were courageous with long and cut shots, energetic blocks. They proved their potentials; it was not easy to predict a team's next play due to the ways of passing and attacking.

The coach of IPRC Musanze Volleyball team, Mr. Emilien Bisangwabagabo, affirmed that their victory is a result of the hardworking and systematic extensive trainings. He mentioned that playing with such a strong team makes players familiar with match challenging situations where they apply some techniques to overcome the challenges. Mr. Emilien added it was an important match for the team to assess their aptitudes as the team is getting prepared for the Second Division Volleyball League.

The captain of IPRC Musanze, Jean de Dieu Mvuyekure, aka Mutokambari, said that players were in the mood of winning, and they wanted to prove their abilities. He expressed his gratitude and stated that it was a good opportunity to meet such a good team. “We have seen what we are able to do, and we have noted some important areas of improvement,” he revealed.
