IPRC Musanze Staff donate 100 sheep to vulnerable people
IPRC Musanze Staff joined Musanze district in the community work of 26th January, 2019. The main activity was to make anti erosive trenches as way of fighting against erosion in Muhoza sector. After the aforementioned activity, IPRC Musanze Staff donated 100 sheep worth two million and two hundred Rwandan Francs (2,200,000Frw) to 100 vulnerable citizens from three different sectors: Kimonyi, Nkotsi and Muko.
Addressing the beneficiaries, the Principal of IPRC Musanze, Eng. Emile Abayisenga, said that the donation is from the commitment of IPRC Musanze Staff to help people in poverty change their lives. He explained that Staff put their efforts and contributions together to improve the social wellbeing of citizens in the neighbourhood of IPRC Musanze.
One of the beneficiaries, Faustin Bangayampoze was grateful for the donation by IPRC Musanze Staff. He said that the sheep he has been given will help him get manure which that will improve his agricultural harvest. He added that rearing sheep will enable him get money to run other household activities, because they will increase in number soon.
Each year IPRC Musanze Staff make a commitment to help vulnerable citizens and change their social wellbeing.
