This 25^th January, 2019 marked the End of Year Retreat at IPRC Musanze. On this day, Staff met to discuss the achievements of last year, and the future plans in this year of 2019. It was an opportunity to exchange ideas that contribute to the progress and success of IPRC Musanze.  

In his remarks, the Principal of IPRC Musanze, Eng. Emile Abayisenga, expressed his gratitude towards all Staff for their significant contribution to the achievement of the IPRC Musanze. He mentioned talked about the outstanding achievements that were made in last year, and called upon all staff to keep on working hard for the growth of the institution. By quoting His Excellency President Paul Kagame, he reminded Staff that they should always consider three things:  Teamwork spirit, visionary, and accountability.

Some of the achievements made:

Two batches of graduates: Two batches of graduates from IPRC Musanze are now outside, at the labour market, it is a great achievement as the fruits of IPRC Musanze have started to play their role in the community.  

Materials for workshops: In this January, IPRC Musanze received some equipment that came from China last year to equip the workshops of Carpentry and Food Processing. The obtained equipment, worth 290,000USD, will tremendously help in the journey of improving the quality education at IPRC Musanze.

Recruitment: Last year, IPRC Musanze recruited new Staff to fill gaps and enhance the quality service delivery. The competent Staff will help the institution achieve more both in administration side and academic side.

This year of 2019, IPRC Musanze will keep on strengthening the quality of education to produce competent workforce needed at the labour market.
